PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We do our very best to describe and display product items as accurately as possible. By purchasing on the site customer acknowledges that they were informed and have viewed ALL photos associated with item/s that was purchased. Customer also acknowledges that product description, shipping times, and fabric print was viewed and read. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if customer neglects to view/read product description and photos that explicitly contains all necessary information. 

 

 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

  • WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

  • Our hand-made designs are custom made from Ghana. Processing time is 5-15 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time.

  • Orders can sometimes take 2-4 weeks to be completed depending on the current volume of orders. Ready To Wear designs are available for immediate dispatch as we hold them in stock. Please read product description to identify if garment is Ready To Wear or Made To Order. 
    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location. Signatures are required for delivery.
    • BY ATTAA uses DHL EXPRESS to ship designs which takes 7-14 days to deliver. If you need your design sooner please refer to our PRIORITY ORDERS policy or email info@byattaa.com prior to placing your order.
    • BY ATTAA will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We are  not responsible for packages that show DELIVERED to the address you provided by the courier, that you didn't personally receive. We are also not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates, as Customs can hang on to your package for reasons beyond our control.

     

    PRIORITY ORDER

    BY ATTAA defines a "Priority Order" as a design that is guaranteed to be shipped out to the client in 7 business days or less.  This bypasses our normal processing time of 15-20 business days. There is an additional $150 fee to process your order as a PRIORITY ORDER. 

    All of our orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS which takes 7-14 days to deliver. Normal processing time 5-15 business days. Priority orders are processed in 7 business days or less.  PROCESSING TIMES DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIMES.

    To make your design a priority order, please add the "PRIORITY ORDER" listing to your cart.

    Please note that your order will still be shipped via DHL even if you place a priority order.

    We are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates, as Customs can hang on to your package for reasons beyond our control.

     

    EXPRESS/RUSH SHIPPING

    Most of all our designs are  CUSTOM-MADE but at times we may have your size ready to ship and can be delivered via UPS for a fee of $150. Please email info@byattaa.com prior to placing your order if you require express shipping.

     

     PRE-ORDER ITEMS

    • Pre-orders are advance purchases made on an item that is scheduled to be shipped out at a later date.  Each item/collection that is available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date.  These dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, but we will do our best to update the site with any changes
    • Pre-order items CANNOT be cancelled/refunded once placed
    • Pre-order items have their shipping date in the description once 
    • If you order has a pre-order item all the items will ship together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item. If you wish to split up the order, there will be an additional shipping cost

      

    RETURN POLICY

    • We DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds
    • All design purchased are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.
    • Due to the nature of our custom and hand-made nature of our designs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. In addition, please note that we are not responsible for purchase of incorrect size. Place your order carefully. Returns are not accepted for sizing issues. BY  ATTAA is not responsible for designs that arrives damaged due to shipping/handling.
    • Once designs are completed based on the measurements you provided or size you chose and shipped out to you, designs cannot be returned for measurements to be corrected.
    • If the customer did not receive an approval to return the design for any reason, the item(s) will be returned back to the customer. 
    •  Please contact info@byattaa.com within 5 days of receiving your order if you have any issues or concerns.

     

    DIGITAL CONTENT POLICY

    None of the content provided from any plan on this website should not be transmitted, sold, or broadcasted to any person who has not personally purchased. 

    • E-books will be sent out automatically to your email after you purchase. You must download it in order to access it.
    • Links expire exactly one week after you purchase.

    • BY ATTAA does not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital or physical product.
